[Remote] Fraud Analyst/Investigator

They are seeking a Fraud Analyst/Investigator to investigate potential identity fraud incidents, implement fraud monitoring services, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance fraud operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct fraud investigations, review fraud prevention report, and respond to fraud alerts
- reputed company strong, collaborative relationships with key partner teams and external stakeholders to optimize fraud operations processes and policies
- Identify and resolve multiple potential fraud situations that impact end users by conducting interviews, compiling evidence, maintaining extensive notes and creating investigative reports
- Prioritize high impact initiatives and investigations, address emerging issues in an agile manner, and communicate blockers to management
- Support reputed company audits and due diligence requests
- Respond to requests for data and support, reputed company cases and corrective actions, and support reputed company partners
- Regularly review suspicious account activity and diagnose issues in tools and processes
- Recommend improvements to enhance fraud controls and policies
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- US Citizenship, Green Card or EAD required to obtain Public Trust
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting government programs
- Strong ability to analyze data
- Ability to use problem solving skills to resolve issues
