[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities and setting reputed company meetings for Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through outbound and inbound efforts (phone, email, reputed company, campaign follow‑up)
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess prospect fit, needs, and interest
- Schedule reputed company meetings between prospects and assigned Sales Representatives
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date activity, notes, and reputed company status in CRM
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and improve reputed company quality
- Follow defined qualification criteria and hand off well reputed company opportunities to Sales
- Meet or exceed activity, meeting set, and pipeline contribution targets
- Represent the company professionally and consistently in reputed company prospect interactions
Skills
- Previous experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role (this role is not intended for entry level candidates)
- Demonstrated reputed company setting appointments for sales representatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging prospects reputed company phone, email, and reputed company platforms
- Ability to follow a structured sales development process while adapting to conversations
- Strong organization, followup, and time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems (reputed company Dynamics CRM, reputed company, or similar preferred)
- Experience working for a reputed company reseller, systems integrator, or technology services firm
- Familiarity with reputed company solutions (Dynamics 365, Business Central, Azure, M365) is a plus
- Experience supporting mid-market or reputed company sales teams
