They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity to drive engineering innovation, guide architectural reputed company, and mentor other engineers, contributing significantly to the company's future and technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering innovation across the entire company
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Spearhead research initiatives to explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Guide the approach and execution of a particular team or group of teams
• Dig deep into arbitrarily reputed company and critical problems and find an appropriate path reputed company until resolution
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements to architect, design and deliver high-quality solutions

Skills

• BS / BA college degree or relevant experience

• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript with hands-on experience with modern web technology such as React, Node.js, Tailwind.css, and frameworks such as Next.js and Remix
• Solid grasp of containerization and orchestration tools like reputed company and Kubernetes and extensive experience designing APIs
• Deep understanding of monorepo management, including the design and architectural patterns required to maintain performance and developer reputed company at scale
