Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for payer organizations, building trusted relationships with stakeholders across clinical operations, utilization management, care management, and executive leadership

- Drive user adoption by training health plan staff on solution functionality and demonstrating reputed company-world applications that support operational goals

- Manage ongoing client communications, proactively addressing issues, gathering feedback, and translating needs into product and engineering insights

Skills
- A minimum of 5 years working with or reputed company plans (e.g., Medicare Advantage, reputed company MCOs, Blues plans, national or regional payers)
- Proven experience in reputed company, account management, payer operations, or implementation roles
- Deep understanding of payer workflows across departments like utilization management, care management, member services, and provider operations
- Ability to build trusted relationships across payer orgs, from reputed company case managers to senior executives
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments, especially in high-growth or startup settings
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and reputed company of required vaccinations or immunizations, as mandated by the reputed company facilities where you will be deployed
