Responsibilities
- Analyze reputed company claims, authorization, referral, utilization, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), quality measures, and operational metrics across business units
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify drivers of performance reputed company and recommend corrective actions

Skills

- Experience supporting operational or executive decision-making through analytics
- Strong understanding of reputed company claims data and coding systems, including ICD, CPT®, and HCPCS

- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools

- Home health, managed care, payer, provider, or reputed company services experience strongly preferred
- Experience writing and interpreting SQL queries preferred
