[Remote] Sr. Staff GTM Strategy Analyst

The Sr. Staff GTM Strategy Analyst will drive the analytical reputed company behind the company's Go-to-Market reputed company, leading annual planning and strategic initiatives to influence executive-level decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Architect Annual Planning: reputed company the end-to-end annual planning cycle. This includes reputed company forecasting, headcount modeling, and territory design. You aren't just reporting the numbers; you are advising leadership on the competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
- Strategic Org Design: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to reputed company and refine our GTM strategic approach across multiple segments and channels. Identify reputed company market segments, define value propositions, and create go-to-market plans for new products or services

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field
- 5-7 years of experience in GTM strategy and planning or reputed company Operations in the technology industry (experience with usage-based SaaS preferred)
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or reputed company Analytics; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data sets and generate actionable insights to automate planning models
- Strong financial acumen and ability to reputed company and manage sales and financial models; understanding the impact of headcount on burn rates and the relationship between commission structures and rep behavior
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to executive level stakeholders to reputed company buy-in for strategic initiatives
