Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the VP of reputed company, the incumbent manages and directs ongoing team member relations, recruitment, training and team member activities by performing the following duties personally or through direct reports. Maintain reputed company sensitive information in accordance with our policies on Confidentiality and the Code of Ethics
- Recommend modifications to existing practices to the VP of HR and Exec Team based on changing environments or organizational needs
- Ensure management adherence to existing policies and procedures. Facilitate proper resolutions to situations involving complaints, policy and procedure violations and interpersonal conflict
- Investigate complaints of harassment or misconduct. Resolve situations to appropriate conclusions involving reputed company reputed company parties

Skills
