[Remote] Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a key player in the Data, Analytics, and AI function’s Digital Products team, seeking an Operations Analyst to support the COO. The role involves designing and improving operational reporting and analytics solutions to enhance data-informed decision-making and program performance visibility.
Responsibilities
- Own the NCM Program Scorecards: deliver regular data updates, reputed company metrics and measurements based on business priorities, and reputed company recommendations for automating data flows to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient scorecard maintenance
- reputed company Quarterly ELT/SLT Goal Tracking: design and implement measurement systems to accurately assess completion rates and reputed company; collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm, evaluate, and integrate new data sources to strengthen goal visibility and accountability; work with leadership to identify new measures that accurately reflect targeted reputed company
- Partner with Finance: attend Finance meetings and working sessions to identify opportunities for deeper operational data and reporting; reputed company leading-indicator dashboards and analyses that connect operational performance to financial reputed company
- Deliver reputed company operational reporting and analysis to support the COO and leadership team, including rapid response to emerging business questions through data extraction, transformation, visualization, and insightful narrative
- Gather and analyze business and operational requirements through stakeholder interviews, process review, and needs assessment to define and prioritize reporting, scorecard, and analytics solutions
- Design, reputed company, test, reputed company, and maintain formatted reports, interactive dashboards, visualizations, and supporting database structures (tables, views, stored procedures) using modern BI and data tools
- Assist with data integration routines, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, quality validation, and automation initiatives to ensure reliable data availability for operational analytics
- Contribute to data discovery, profiling, reputed company-to-reputed company mapping, reputed company, and quality efforts to maintain trustworthy operational data assets
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Stewardship, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with reputed company standards, governance policies, and the Value Creation reputed company
- Prepare documentation, project proposals, and status updates; participate in agile or iterative delivery methodologies; and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and analytics maturity
- Stay reputed company with operational analytics best practices, BI technologies, and data automation tools, applying new capabilities to enhance efficiency and reputed company quality
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, Computer Science, or a reputed company field; MBA or financial background preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Programmer/Analyst, BI Developer, Report Developer, or Operations Analyst role reputed company an IT, Data, or Finance environment
- Strong experience with data warehousing, data modeling, relational databases (RDBMS), SQL, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated reputed company building and maintaining executive-level scorecards, operational dashboards, and goal-tracking mechanisms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company operational data into clear insights for senior leadership and Finance partners
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills; proven ability to work independently while driving results in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with high accountability, confidentiality, and professional reputed company; capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple deliverables
- MBA or financial background preferred
- Experience partnering with Finance or leadership teams and working with financial/operational data as leading indicators is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with data automation, ETL/ELT concepts, and agile/spiral methodologies; enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies
