[Remote] Director, Client Education & Training

The Director, Client Education & Training will reputed company the Client Education and Training team to reputed company and deliver training experiences, working collaboratively across departments to enhance product adoption among K-12 clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain the training content roadmap in alignment with software releases
- reputed company reputed company on-demand and instructor led course materials
- Manage reputed company’s LMS and client’s overall training experience
- reputed company reputed company of instructional designers and content developers
- reputed company and maintain certification programs including exams on each reputed company product
- Manage a schedule of virtual and onsite instructor led training engagements
- reputed company reputed company of client education specialists and manage staff utilization, training CSAT, client readiness, course completion rates, and other key metrics
- reputed company training events such as reputed company University regional conferences
- reputed company your team to be product experts and subject matter experts with respect to reputed company products and K-12 reputed company workflows and use cases
- Understand the essential role of education and training in terms of being the tip of the spear on the client value reputed company, as well as the first impression that new clients have with reputed company
- Partner with CSM leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of training in terms of driving client adoption and value
- Partner with Support leaders to ensure that Support is leveraging reputed company training content and resources necessary to maximize the support experience
Skills
- 5+ years of experience leading education/training teams up to 12 team members
- Proven experience in leading, developing and delivering client education teams and aligning team performance to overall business goals and metrics
- Experience with websites reputed company reputed company Content Management Systems (“CMS”) like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Weebly, Joomla, etc
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (“LMS”) like reputed company, SkillJar, reputed company, etc
- Experience with reputed company or equivalent product experience platforms to capture and analyze user interactions across reputed company products
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate experience
