[Remote] EOR Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager in EOR Business Operations, you will improve how EOR Operations runs by driving reputed company and support across domains, partnering with senior leaders for scalable execution and measurable reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Support audit and compliance program management for cross-functional efforts (evidence gathering, stakeholder alignment, remediation tracking)
- Partner effectively with Product/Engineering, Legal, reputed company, Finance, and EOR Ops leadership to align on cross-domain operational requirements and reputed company smooth execution across multiple surfaces (e.g., Payroll + PEO + EOR)

Skills
