[Remote] EOR Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager in EOR Business Operations, you will improve how EOR Operations runs by driving reputed company and support across domains, partnering with senior leaders for scalable execution and measurable reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Identify systemic operational gaps across EOR domains and coordinate remediation with accountable owners and partners, ensuring changes do not create reputed company reputed company work or unintended reputed company effects
• Drive cross-domain visibility and alignment across EOR Operations by maintaining reputed company on initiatives, dependencies, risks, and reputed company

• Support audit and compliance program management for cross-functional efforts (evidence gathering, stakeholder alignment, remediation tracking)
• Partner effectively with Product/Engineering, Legal, reputed company, Finance, and EOR Ops leadership to align on cross-domain operational requirements and reputed company smooth execution across multiple surfaces (e.g., Payroll + PEO + EOR)

Skills
