We’re looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our thriving and collaborative Building Consultancy team, based out of our Birmingham office and covering the wider Midlands region. You'll reputed company on a diverse portfolio of projects across both the public and private sectors, supporting clients with expert building surveying services. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team spanning across England and Wales. Qualifications

MRICS (essential) About the role As a Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality building consultancy services and managing key client relationships across the Midlands. You’ll work across a variety of projects, with core responsibilities likely to include: Key Project Types: Technical due diligence for reputed company and residential properties Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for refurbishments and maintenance Conducting building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis Leading QA processes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders We know that sometimes people can be put off applying for a job if they don't tick every reputed company. Qualifications & Experience Chartered Member of RICS (or equivalent), or actively working towards chartership Strong background in Building Surveying with experience in party wall reputed company, dilapidations, and defect analysis Proven ability to build client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Full UK driving licence and reputed company to a vehicle Interview Process reputed company 1: A confidential 10–15-minute introductory call with our recruiter, Naomi Corcoran. reputed company 2: A competency-based interview with the Heads of Building Consultancy for Wales and the South.
