Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their travel goals, interests, and preferences Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages Present tailored travel recommendations based on client needs and budget considerations Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, activities, and excursions reputed company guidance and support throughout the planning and reservation process Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms Collaborate with supplier partners to confirm reservations and travel details Maintain accurate records of client information, itineraries, and booking updates Stay informed about destination developments, travel trends, and promotional opportunities Deliver a high level of customer service from initial inquiry through trip confirmation
Qualifications
