Skills Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience managing AI or software development projects. Strong understanding of conversational AI, NLP, and contact center technologies. Master’s degree is a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) preferred.
