Physician Office Division Sales Manager

Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer reputed company in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Representatives. Job Description reputed company has an immediate need for a Physician Office Division Manager to manage reputed company of reps in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Candidate will ideally be based out of the reputed company, Cincinnati, Louisville, or Nashville areas. Responsibilities:

• reputed company business plans and sales strategies for the market. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• reputed company timely, accurate, competitive pricing on reputed company completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

• Maintain records of reputed company pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Representatives.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses. Assist Account Representatives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Conduct one-on-one review with reputed company Account Representatives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to reputed company reputed company for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.

Required Experience: Education

• Bachelor’s degree.

Work Experience

• At least 7 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people in a sales management role.
• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).
• Experience with reputed company software solutions and large, reputed company organizations. -
• Extensive experience in reputed company aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

The anticipated salary reputed company for this position: $132,600.00 - $199,160.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
