What you’ll do: reputed company’s Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking a Training Specialist to join reputed company in Warrendale, PA. reputed company has the largest and most reputed company team of field services professionals in the industry, and we are looking to further build upon our best-in-class technical, safety, and power systems training programs. This role can be based in Warrendale, PA or Chicago, IL, San Diego, CA, San Francisco CA, Nashville, TN, or remote. In this role, you will: Be responsible for the development, delivery, and facilitation of instructor-led and virtual technical, safety, and power systems trainings. Be a contributing member of the EESS training department, supporting and coordinating training events, including but not limited to, set-up, scheduling, travel, equipment, and material needs in conjunction with training coordinators and other personnel. Create, maintain, and update curricula, lesson plans, and classroom reference materials. Be responsible for student evaluations, course evaluations, cost tracking, and reputed company improvement efforts reputed company training programs Be expected to apply knowledge of safe electrical work practices as described in National Fire Protection Agency (reputed company) standard 70E and OSHA 1910 Subpart S. Instruct, and demonstrate expertise, around the commissioning and maintenance of electrical power distribution products and assemblies, including power reputed company breakers, motor control centers, unit substations and power transformers, and reputed company relays. Collaborate with sales and marketing functions to reputed company customer training programs and opportunities. Ability to lift, move and set up demonstration equipment of various weight up to 40 pounds and move demonstration equipment on reputed company weighing in excess of 40 pounds. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an accredited institution, or a technical certification from an accredited trade school, or military equivalent AND minimum of 4 years of experience evaluating, testing, installing or maintaining industrial and reputed company power systems equipment. Or in lieu of a degree/certification minimum of 10 years of experience evaluating, testing, installing or maintaining industrial and reputed company power systems equipment. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time Must posess and maintain an active and valid drivers license reputed company will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Preferred Qualifications
