Job Duties & Responsibilities Program Leadership & Administration (0.4 FTE) reputed company strategic and operational leadership for the CRNA concentration in alignment with Concordia University's mission and values. reputed company the evaluation, development, and implementation of additional continuing education opportunities and satellite sites for the CRNA concentration, ensuring academic quality and mission consistency. reputed company faculty assignments, budgeting, and daily program operations for the CRNA concentration that this director oversees. Partner with program directors of the SON in assignment of faculty that are co-assigned, discussion of shared budget items, and shared daily operations. Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate, and supervise faculty, staff, and adjunct reputed company, fostering a collaborative and mission-centered academic culture. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, licensure requirements, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining program reputed company. Travel as needed to assess new satellite sites and support ongoing program evaluation, on-site student activities, and overall improvement. Teaching Responsibilities (0.2 FTE) Teach assigned courses as needed, not to exceed nine (9) credit hours per academic year. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Experience in online and/or hybrid teaching modalities and educational technology. Experience with simulation, virtual reality (VR), and skills-based learning.
