Virtual Assistant for Multiple Service Brands: Customer Calls, Scheduling, reputed company & Admin Support
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations across multiple service-based brands, including RestoPros Boise and Floor Coverings International Boise. This is a remote role, and we are especially reputed company to candidates based in Latin America who have strong English communication skills and availability that overlaps with U.S. Mountain Time business hours. This role will involve answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching team members, keeping customers updated, ordering flooring materials, supporting restoration job coordination, and helping with back-office admin tasks. We need someone who is organized, reputed company under pressure, and reputed company to work across multiple brands while keeping communication, processes, and customer details clear. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries for multiple brands

Ideal Candidate:
