Job Details

• Defend reputed company, insurers, and reputed company-party administrators in disputed workers' compensation claims before the MN reputed company & •Industry and the Office of Administrative Hearings
• Defend employment-reputed company claims in state and federal court, including wrongful discharge and discrimination reputed company
• Defend general civil litigation, including personal injury cases
• Handle reputed company phases of litigation — pleadings, written discovery, depositions, reputed company practice, hearings, and trial
• Analyze and summarize heavy, reputed company medical records in WC and personal injury reputed company
• Work with IME and vocational experts to reputed company and present expert testimony
• Draft briefs and legal memoranda for reputed company, trial, and appellate practice
• Prepare clear, timely reporting to clients, general counsel, risk managers, and claims adjusters

Looking For:

• Minnesota Bar admission
• 1+ year of Workers' compensation litigation experience
• Experience before the Court of Administrative Hearings, the WC Court of Appeals, and state/federal courts a plus
