Brindar atención excepcional al 100% de los registros (llamadas, chats, redes sociales, videoconferencias, etc.), garantizando la satisfacción del cliente. Gestionar requerimientos, proporcionando soluciones e información siguiendo los protocolos de campaña. Registrar y reportar información de clientes en tiempo reputed company, de acuerdo con las pautas y sistemas establecidos.
