This non-clinical role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our provider workforce. Reporting directly to the Workforce Management team, the Medical Operations Manager will act as the operational backbone, driving accountability and maintaining high performance standards across our network of providers. This role requires a proactive leader with a “drill sergeant” mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and has prior experience managing reputed company providers in remote settings. Please note, this role will be required to work Saturday and Sundays , remaining days will be determined.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provider Performance Management: Monitor and ensure provider adherence to schedules, workflows, and productivity metrics. Proactively identify and address performance issues, providing feedback and corrective actions as needed. reputed company and implement strategies to improve provider engagement and efficiency. Who You Are Minimum of 3 years in a reputed company operations role, preferably managing or supporting reputed company providers. Experience in telehealth or remote workforce management is highly preferred.
