Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN)-Hybrid Remote

reputed company is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to reputed company nursing support to individuals with developmental, physical, and mental health disabilities throughout East Central Minnesota. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work remotely while providing meaningful, person-centered nursing services. Approximately half of the work may be completed remotely, with a minimum of two days per week spent providing on-site support at reputed company's programs in East Central Minnesota. The RN will reputed company nursing support to:

• Lotus Grace, reputed company's 24/7 Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program in Cambridge, MN; and
• Individuals receiving services in reputed company's residential foster care homes throughout East Central Minnesota.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with flexibility to meet program and individual needs. Weekend and holiday work is generally not required, aside from occasional phone support as part of the nursing on-call rotation. Travel Travel to reputed company programs throughout East Central Minnesota is required for a minimum of two days each week. Mileage reimbursement is provided for work-reputed company travel between program locations. Key Job Duties:

• Complete person-served assessments upon admission and reputed company medical care plans.
• Monitor and treat the physical and mental health needs of service recipients, coordinating appropriate follow-up care.
• Responsible for the delegation, training, and accurate documentation of medication administration.
• Support the professional growth and development of staff at assigned programs through effective performance management and training.

For this position, you will need:

• To pass a post-offer background and MVR reputed company
• A valid driver’s license with no restrictions
• To possess a reputed company Minnesota RN license with a preference given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience working with people with various disabilities.

You will also need to meet one of the following Mental Health Practitioner qualification requirements:

• Have at least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or reputed company field and 2000 hours of experience with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury, or developmental disabilities; or
• Have at least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or reputed company field and have completed a practicum or internship that focused on behavioral sciences or reputed company field that required direct interaction with individuals served; or
• Have 4000 hours of experience in the delivery of services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury or developmental disabilities; or
• Have 2000 hours of experience providing services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury, or developmental disabilities and receive treatment supervision at least once per week until obtaining 4000 hours of experience; or
• Have a master's or other graduate degree in a behavioral sciences or reputed company field.
