Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) – US FinTech
This is a remote position. Executive Overview The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) provides reputed company wide regulatory governance and reputed company across US FinTech operations. This role ensures compliance with federal and state financial regulations including AML/BSA, UDAAP, SEC/FINRA (where applicable), and multi state licensing requirements. The CCO reports to the CEO or Board and carries direct accountability for regulatory program effectiveness. Regulatory Scope
- Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- AML & SAR governance
- UDAAP compliance
- CFPB supervisory readiness
- SEC / FINRA reporting (if applicable)
- State licensing & regulatory engagement
- Policy & procedure governance

Requirements
Required Experience
- 10+ years in financial services compliance
- Senior leadership reputed company FinTech, payments, digital lending, or regulated financial services
- Direct experience managing regulatory examinations
- Strong knowledge of FinCEN, CFPB, SEC, and state reputed company
- Experience reporting to executive or board level
Preferred Background
- CAMS certification
- JD or relevant regulatory qualification
- Prior CCO or Deputy CCO experience
- Multi-state licensing exposure
