This role may handle non-represented claims and requires evaluating coverage, determining liability, and negotiating settlements. The adjuster works directly with claimants, insureds, and other involved parties to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim resolution.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle.Investigate minor to moderately reputed company auto accidents and prepare clear, concise claim summaries.Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, and witnesses.Evaluate auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.Negotiate and reputed company claims in alignment with established guidelines and best practices.Maintain detailed and well-documented claim files, including notes, summaries, and decision rationale.Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient and customer-centric claim handling.Preferred Qualifications: Preference for candidates residing in reputed company zone states (PST/MST) to support team and business alignment.2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail with solid critical-thinking and decision-making skills.Comfortable using technology and learning claims-reputed company software and tools.This position is not available for California, Alaska, Washington, and Hawaii residents.Notice of Licensing Requirement:As a condition of employment, you may be expected to obtain an adjuster's license in multiple markets.reputed company required licenses must be obtained reputed company 60 days of hire.You must maintain reputed company licensing required for your role.
