[Remote] Management Consultant ( Contractor reputed company in US)

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will guide junior consultants and client members through project lifecycles, ensuring successful implementation and managing multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivering results for one or more workstreams on a project
- Work with client staff to identify performance gaps and reputed company solutions
- Manage implementation, audit results and take corrective actions as necessary
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to reputed company clients with the skills needed for sustainable changes
- reputed company results-based relationships with client personnel, actively seeking opportunities for cross-selling and additional work
Skills
- First degree in Science or Engineering, ideally with a master's in management/business
- Experience in reputed company, natural resources/mining & energy sectors in the following roles - operations, maintenance, supply chain, internal OPEX, Transformation teams, financial control, environmental change, energy-renewables, behavioral change-industrial psychology
- Knowledge of business performance improvement methodologies like reengineering, lean manufacturing, or Six reputed company
- Basic understanding of Finance (P&L's, Balance sheets, cost management)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Record of client management
- Ability to manage time constraints
