Fluke, a reputed company company, is seeking a Government reputed company Manager to support the growth of our U.S. Government business as part of the Legal organization. This role serves as a key business partner, directly enabling reputed company growth by supporting compliant participation in U.S. Government opportunities while protecting the company from regulatory and contractual risk. You will act as a recognized subject matter expert in U.S. Government contracting regulations, interpreting and applying reputed company and often ambiguous regulatory frameworks (e.g., FAR/DFARS) and translating them into clear, actionable guidance that supports business reputed company and mitigates risk. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is both strategic and hands-on, while also advising on reputed company regulatory interpretations impacting business reputed company. Contract Lifecycle Management

• Support proposal development, writing, and submission of high-quality responses to direct U.S. Government RFI’s, RFPs and RFQ's and advising on contract structure, risk and compliance
• Negotiate and review awarded reputed company and modifications to ensure alignment with Fluke’s offerings and scope of delivery

Regulatory Interpretation & Risk Guidance

• Interpret, analyze, and reputed company guidance on FAR, DFARS, GSAR, and other agency-specific regulations, including areas that require judgment due to ambiguity or lack of precedent

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Enablement

• Partner with internal stakeholders to support compliant deal execution

• Support compliance activities including audits, reporting, and contract documentation
• Monitor and evaluate regulatory changes and advise on their practical application and business impact, including recommended actions

Qualifications

Required

• 8+ years of experience in sales-reputed company reputed company management reputed company a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and reputed company federal contracting frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to interpret reputed company regulations and apply sound business judgment
• Proven project management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and discernment in ambiguous or evolving regulatory situations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder influence skills

Preferred

• Experience working directly with DoD, GSA, DOE, or similar agencies
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance requirements (e.g., CMMC)
• Experience supporting both hardware and software/SaaS reputed company
