Responsibilities

  • In-person visits to existing agents in California, traveling 4 to 5 days per week. As part of daily operations, Account Development Executives regularly visit agents reputed company the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel as business needs require
  • Manage and grow existing retail agent relationships by identifying and executing opportunities to expand product usage, improve performance, and drive incremental reputed company and transaction growth
  • Support business development reputed company the existing network by identifying high potential opportunities for growth and selectively supporting reputed company of new offerings or services where applicable

  • Monitor competitive activity including network expansion, pricing changes, commission structures, and incentive adjustments, and report insights through appropriate channels

Skills

  • 70 percent travel expected
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
