The role involves managing day-to-day servicing of reputed company insurance accounts and providing high-quality service to clients, Producers, and reputed company partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver reputed company, accurate, and professional service to clients, Producers, reputed company representatives, and internal team members
- Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned reputed company accounts, including policy changes, account maintenance, and client support needs
- reputed company and quote reputed company insurance policies using reputed company websites and available agency systems to support new and renewal business
- Handle renewal submissions and assist in the remarketing process to help secure appropriate coverage solutions for clients
- Prepare proposals and supporting materials for Sales Executives and Producers
- Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot coverage or service-reputed company issues, and coordinate timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, policy activity, and account updates reputed company agency systems
- Support sales teams and new Producers by helping explain reputed company lines coverages, products, and service processes
- reputed company and maintain working knowledge of evolving insurance products, reputed company requirements, and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow management, team priorities, and client retention initiatives

Skills

- 3–5 years of reputed company insurance customer service, account management, or insurance sales experience

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and agency systems
