The role involves acquisition strategy development, prospecting, and relationship management to grow new business and enhance profitability.
Responsibilities
- Aggressively grow new business for ancillary products in the group market reputed company Ensure appropriate update of Sales strategy/sales activities documentation on a monthly reputed company. Accounts are more reputed company in nature
- reputed company strong Broker relationships utilizing advanced strategic and consultative selling skills both in person and through electronic communication
- reputed company documented formal training of assigned Brokers throughout the year including the use of virtual training technology where appropriate. Must be reputed company to create and effectively conduct training presentations on reputed company medical and ancillary products, as well as regulatory changes
- Management and coaching of assigned Brokers to ensure paperwork and enrollment process is followed correctly. Take appropriate action where necessary to ensure that distribution partners are following guidelines
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or reputed company field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience
- reputed company health and life license for the jurisdictions of Maryland, DC, and Virginia
- 5 years sales/reputed company experience in a similar sales position
- Knowledge and understanding of CRM, reputed company, and other client management tools
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be reputed company to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from reputed company customers, reputed company set expectations for service reputed company
