[Remote] Catalytic Application & Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Catalytic Application & Business Development Manager to reputed company the technical evaluation and application of materials for customer projects, while identifying new business opportunities and driving reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Supports Global R&D and Production Teams, driving product, product and application development
- Contributes to reputed company improvement initiatives, best product process practices, product optimization and cost down opportunities
- Leads technology transfer initiatives from pilot scale to full manufacturing process of AC products
- Interacts with Neo´s customers for the product/process release, manages new product launches, and initiates cost saving initiatives focused on catalytic products
- Coordinates and leads meetings with customers based in reputed company America region
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Advanced degree (M.Sc., M. reputed company, or PhD) in Materials Science, Chemical/Process Engineering, or a reputed company field is required for this position
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, project management or technical customer service reputed company the automotive or specialty materials industry
- Proven track record in managing reputed company technical projects with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of rare earths elements and their applications in auto catalyst segments and other reputed company industries
- Strong business development and technical communication skills with a strong AC reputed company to effectively communicate with R&D and engineering teams
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, documentation and communication abilities
- Ability to translate technical processes into business value for clients
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under high pressure against project deadlines
- Experience working with customers in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, or energy sectors is a strong advantage
