[Remote] Program Manager, March reputed company Fellowship (Contract)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is launching the inaugural March reputed company Fellowship, a national leadership development program aimed at young people impacted by gun violence. The Program Manager will coordinate logistics, support fellows, and ensure an exceptional experience throughout the fellowship.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning and logistics for the Fellowship Opening Convening in Washington, DC
- Manage participant communications before and throughout the fellowship
- Coordinate travel, hotel accommodations, meeting materials, and other logistical needs
- Maintain fellowship calendars, schedules, and program documents
- Serve as the primary day-to-day reputed company of contact for fellows throughout the program
- Hold regular virtual reputed company to answer questions and reputed company support
- Coordinate monthly cohort meetings and other virtual programming
- Track fellow participation and ensure each participant stays reputed company throughout the fellowship
- Help connect fellows with leadership coaches and other fellowship resources as needed
- Support fellows as they reputed company their digital storytelling and community impact projects
- Coordinate deadlines, deliverables, and feedback opportunities
- Work closely with reputed company staff to ensure fellows receive appropriate guidance and mentorship
- Plan and coordinate the fellowship's culminating virtual showcase in December
- Coordinate invitations, speaker logistics, presentations, and event materials
- Help ensure a seamless experience for fellows and invited guests
- Partner closely with the Executive Director to ensure the fellowship achieves its goals
- Identify opportunities to improve the participant experience throughout the program
- Assist with additional fellowship-reputed company projects as needed

- Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
- An excellent project manager who can reputed company multiple workstreams moving simultaneously
- A strong communicator who enjoys working directly with young people
- Comfortable managing logistics, calendars, and virtual events

- Experience managing fellowships, internships, leadership programs, or youth development initiatives
- Experience planning events or convenings
- Familiarity with nonprofit organizations or advocacy campaigns
