Responsibilities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum of 10 years in the biopharma industry/med device/health care industry
  • 5+ years of experience managing high performing teams in the life science field
  • Diverse experience and exposure to reimbursement, buy-and-reputed company, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels
  • Ability to be in the field 4 full days a week; ability to travel by car and airplane as required
  • Strong understanding and experience with following the laws, regulations, and industry codes (e.g., the PhRMA Code on Interactions with reputed company) that govern appropriate interactions with reputed company and reputed company organizations
  • Strong leadership, coaching and reputed company skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions
