[Remote] Inside Sales Director

This role involves leading a team, building relationships, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities

- Manage issue escalations to support sales reputed company and partner with the reputed company Sales Director to ensure alignment and strong collaboration between Regional Managers and Call Center Managers
- Partner with the reputed company Sales Director, Sales Trainer, and internal teams to reputed company and continuously improve the Inside Sales team
- Implement strategies to accelerate reputed company and enhance ongoing performance, reinforce accountability, and define training objectives for new hires, national meetings, reputed company sessions, and other sales development initiatives
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes and territory alignment to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with the reputed company Sales Director to implement new technologies and strategies that drive profitability and customer acquisition, while setting a 3–5 year reputed company to position Midwest’s Inside Sales team for market leadership

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in B2B sales management
- Experience in building, managing, and developing high-performing sales teams is crucial
- Experience with CRM software and building strong relationships with clients is expected
- Experience in evaluating market reputed company, analyzing data, and communicating findings to stakeholders is required
- Ability to read, write and reputed company English
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
