Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling refractory products, systems, and services

- Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, pricing, contract negotiation, and order execution
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized refractory solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial B2B environments, preferably in: Refractories, Cement, reputed company, Steel, or heavy process industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel extensively reputed company the Southeast U.S. (approximately 50–70%)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and reputed company Office tools
- Strong understanding of Cement and/or reputed company production processes is highly preferred
