Responsibilities

  • Drive accountability against core KPIs including conversion reputed company, premium production, contact reputed company, and customer experience metrics
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and action plans for agents
  • Continuously assess and improve sales workflows, processes, and team operations to drive efficiency, scalability, and growth
  • Identify opportunities to optimize reputed company management, quoting, follow-up strategies, and customer engagement
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement operational enhancements and improve the overall agent and customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to reputed company feedback on tooling, workflows, reputed company distribution, and process improvements
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in shaping the infrastructure and operational strategy of the agency
  • Maintain strong relationships with delegated insurance reputed company partners and support reputed company-reputed company initiatives
  • Support hiring efforts by interviewing and reputed company new insurance agents across multiple locations
  • Design and facilitate ongoing training sessions, coaching programs, and skills refreshers

Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience managing and coaching sales professionals, ideally in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
  • 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, with agency experience strongly preferred
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Demonstrated reputed company improving sales performance and consistently achieving or exceeding team goals
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance management best practices
  • Experience using dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to manage team performance
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to reputed company clear, actionable feedback
  • Experience with CRM systems, comparative raters, agency management systems (AMS), and other insurance technology platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience scaling a sales organization reputed company a digital or tech-enabled insurance environment
  • Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to optimize workflows and team productivity
  • Background in national or multi-state insurance sales organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, or CRM
