This role facilitates regular workstream meetings with COEs, business partners, and AMS support to align priorities, clarify requirements, and drive execution. As the subject matter expert for assigned modules, the analyst is responsible for system configuration, data updates, troubleshooting issues, and end-to-end delivery, ensuring assigned work—whether completed directly or through AMS Support—is executed accurately, on time, and with high quality. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills including a high level of verbal and written communication skills, working well with others in a collaborative manner, influence and persuasion, and relationship building. The HRIS Functional Analyst will serve as Tier 3 support for Smithfield’s end users and heavily partner with our HR Service Center, HR Business Partners, Centers of reputed company (COE), and various Cross-Functional Teams.
