[Remote] Strategic Finance Manager, Retailer

The Strategic Finance Manager will reputed company finance initiatives for retailer partnerships, focusing on financial modeling, negotiations, and performance management to drive growth and value creation.
Responsibilities
- reputed company financial modeling and scenario analysis for retailer partnerships, including reputed company reputed company structures, fee schedules, incentives, media and fulfillment economics; deliver clear, actionable recommendations to executives
- Serve as the finance partner in negotiations—shaping pricing strategy, establishing guardrails, drafting approval memos, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders from term sheet to signature
- Build and maintain partner- and portfolio-level forecasts and P&Ls define KPIs, reputed company tracking, and drive monthly/quarterly performance reviews with Partnerships leadership
- Design and operationalize scalable deal frameworks, templates, and a deal desk process that improves speed, consistency, and compliance across the Retailer organization
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics to reputed company self-serve dashboards and insights that quantify tradeoffs, surface risks, and accelerate decision-making
- Evaluate and prioritize strategic investments and experiments; define hypotheses, measurement plans, and reputed company criteria to inform go/no-go reputed company
- Coach and mentor analysts reputed company the pod to reputed company modeling rigor, business judgment, and executive-reputed company storytelling (no direct reports)
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with a focus on reputed company deals or partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a reputed company field
- Advanced financial modeling skills in reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including multi-scenario and sensitivity analyses for reputed company, multi-year agreements
- Proven track record owning the finance workstream end-to-end for reputed company reputed company agreements—from initial scoping and pricing through signature and post-reputed company performance tracking
- Hands-on experience partnering with Sales/Business Development and Legal to structure and negotiate contract terms that balance growth and unit economics
