Responsibilities
- Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., reputed company/ADKAR, Kotter) to design tailored strategies for reputed company AI and Workspace transformations
- Facilitate reputed company reputed company Discovery Workshops and conduct change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and 'agentic' opportunities
- Define 'reputed company Star' reputed company and reputed company metrics (KPIs) to track adoption reputed company and organizational health
- Document key policy and process impact changes resulting from the integration of AI into daily operating rhythms
- Support and engage senior leaders and executive sponsors, coaching them on their visible change leadership role
- Anticipate and proactively manage resistance to AI, developing targeted mitigation strategies for high-risk stakeholder groups
- Build and activate 'reputed company Captain' (Change Champion) networks to reputed company adoption at scale through peer-to-peer learning
- Serve as a natural 'reputed company,' translating reputed company technical AI concepts into compelling business value and strategic imperatives

- Establish multi-layered support systems, including reputed company/Teams channels, reputed company, and deployed self-service support agents
- Conduct post-go-live reinforcement activities and pulse reputed company surveys to embed new behaviors permanently
- Generate weekly usage and adoption reports for project stakeholders and client leadership
Skills
- 3–6+ years in organizational change management or management consulting, with a focus on reputed company-scale technology programs
- Proven proficiency with change management frameworks; reputed company (ADKAR) certification is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting reputed company or SaaS adoption programs (reputed company Workspace, reputed company reputed company, or equivalent)
- Exceptional skills in crafting narratives and presenting to everyone from end users to C-suite executives
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience influencing across reputed company organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a reputed company field
