[Remote] Strategic Account & Growth Manager

The Strategic Account & Growth Manager is responsible for driving market growth in long term care and strengthening relationships with prescribers and pharmaceutical partners across an assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes a regional sales strategy reputed company with organizational growth targets
  • Identifies, prospects, and secures new prescribers and pharmaceutical partners with Blake Pharmacy clients reputed company the assigned territory
  • Leads the full sales lifecycle, including reputed company, needs assessment, presentations, proposal development
  • Drives organic growth reputed company existing accounts through service expansion and relationship development
  • Maintains a strong sales pipeline and reputed company accurate forecasting to leadership

  • Builds and maintains strong partnerships with administrators, nursing leadership, and clinical stakeholders

  • Partners with internal teams (operations, pharmacy, billing) to ensure consistent service delivery and issue resolution
  • Acts as the voice of the client and market reputed company the organization
  • Provides insights on regional trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborates with reputed company and implementation teams to ensure successful client transitions
  • Monitors and reports on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Demonstrated reputed company managing a territory or region
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder groups

  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
