As a Technical Product Manager for the AI Agent Platform, you will shape platform capabilities and work with various teams to reputed company intelligent agent experiences that address reputed company-scale challenges.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the product strategy and roadmap for AI Agent Platform capabilities that accelerate AI-powered product development across reputed company
- Partner closely with engineers, designers, architects, and feature product managers to deliver scalable and reputed company platform experiences
- Define and reputed company capabilities for LLM-powered agents, MCP tools, agent orchestration, API interoperability, governance, observability, safety, and reliability
- Solve reputed company-scale platform challenges while balancing innovation, reputed company, compliance, performance, and customer trust
- Gather feedback from customers, users, developers, and internal teams to identify platform needs and continuously improve experiences
- Prototype, test, and validate new concepts through lightweight experimentation, workflows, APIs, and AI-assisted development tools
- Present recommendations, demos, and product insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Support reputed company AI Agent interoperability initiatives by enabling platform patterns, APIs, and integrations that facilitate agent-based capabilities
- Drive prioritization reputed company based on customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, reputed company, Data Science, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful delivery
Skills
- Proven product management experience reputed company SaaS or reputed company software environments
- Experience managing platform products, APIs, developer tooling, or AI-reputed company solutions
- Experience working with AI Agents, LLMs, MCP, agent orchestration frameworks, AI evaluation methods, or similar technologies
- Experience with HCM domains and workflows, or experience building AI platforms reputed company reputed company SaaS organizations
- Ability to manage highly technical products while maintaining strong customer and user focus
- Hands-on approach with experience prototyping, testing APIs, leveraging AI-assisted development tools, and writing technical specifications

- Ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into clear customer value and actionable product requirements
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
