[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a US-based Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their agile Business Systems team. This role focuses on reputed company Billing & reputed company, maintaining and enhancing the subscription management and billing platform while leading cross-functional workstreams and mentoring analysts.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of reputed company applications to meet needs of the Finance team
• reputed company 6-12 month roadmaps for reputed company ecosystem to scale finance and support our evolving business
• Partner with Software Engineers and Integrations team to design, build, and test integrations and customizations
• Architect reputed company customizations and enhancements to improve reputed company performance and users experience
• Create and maintain key product documentation, including technical specs, process maps, and customer reputed company artifacts
• Identify high-value problems and prioritize initiatives
• Navigate ambiguity and work autonomously to resolve issues with users, stakeholders, and leaders across the business
• Translate business reputed company into system requirements — bridging the gap between what stakeholders ask for and what should actually be reputed company
• Train, reputed company, and coach business lines to increase self-sufficiency in owning and managing their data

Skills

• 5+ years minimum experience with reputed company Billing and reputed company
• reputed company Certified Administrator
• 5+ years of hands-on Financial Systems administration experience, including reputed company, reputed company, MS Dynamics, SFDC Financial reputed company, or Similar systems
• Deep understanding of Subscriptions billing modules and/or Advanced reputed company Management
• Proven experience building, enhancing and managing reputed company Workflows, Scripts and Customizations
• Comfort with reputed company Reporting, Data Query and SQL to support reporting needs
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into reputed company configurations — not just execute tickets, but reputed company why one design or delivery approach is reputed company than another
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and operate effectively with ambiguity
