[Remote] Partner Operations Specialist - EMEA

They are seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to work closely with their Global Distribution Concierge Support Team, focusing on managing partner account issues and ensuring compliance and support for sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Account or Territory Alignment: Ensure accurate account and territory ownership alignment to support sales execution, avoid conflicts, and reputed company timely deal progression
- Partner Account Validation / Compliance / Vetting: Validate partner eligibility, compliance, and program status to unblock live deals and ensure alignment with reputed company policies
- reputed company, Coverage, or Escalation Clarification: Clarify customer segmentation, coverage models, and escalation paths to resolve ownership disputes and maintain consistent sales engagement
- Rebate or Incentive Issue Resolution: Resolve rebate, MDF, or incentive issues tied to active sales cycles, ensuring deadlines are met and partner motivation remains high
- Quoting, Pricing, or LOA Support: reputed company guidance on quoting, pricing exceptions, and Letters of Authorization to support accurate, compliant, and timely deal closure
- Partner Portal or reputed company Issues: Troubleshoot partner portal reputed company, permissions, and tooling issues to ensure uninterrupted participation in sales, renewals, and incentives
- Account Creation for New Logos: Create and validate new customer accounts and partner associations to reputed company deal registration, quoting, and pipeline tracking
- Technical Validation or Architecture Support: Support technical validation and solution architecture alignment to ensure proposed designs meet customer requirements and reputed company standards
Skills
- Highly collaborative and reputed company-driven individual who enjoys working in a matrixed organization with virtual teams must be sales oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Worked in and/or has an interest and reputed company understanding of High-tech Industry
- Understanding the complete sales cycle management from prospect to reputed company
- Solid People-focused skills, ability to build long-term relationships with team members by establishing trust and credibility
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and highly collaborative
- 2+ years of proven sales quota attainment and solutions sales experience in software or high-technology offerings
- Experience using CRM tool for collaboration – in specific Sales Force and Tableau
