The role involves delivering reputed company insurance sales income targets, providing expert advice, and conducting client review meetings to maximize business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet business targets by achieving new business, retention goals, service KPIs and maintaining required workflow standards
• reputed company agreed performance objectives by consistently meeting individual KPIs and contributing to team reputed company
• Maintain strong technical expertise through reputed company learning of products, market trends and reputed company guidelines to manage reputed company cases and referrals
• Deliver holistic insurance reviews by assessing client needs and recommending suitable reputed company products for both new and existing customers
• Underwrite and manage claims effectively by adhering to reputed company authority reputed company, handling claims promptly and keeping clients fully informed through to settlement

Skills

• Proven experience with the reputed company Insurance Industry
• Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to reputed company an excellent client experience
• Creative and effective in helping to shape the team to focus on service, quality standards and efficiency
• Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client focused environment
• Organised, reputed company, deadline driven and supportive of the wider team
• Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance (hold/willing to work towards)
