Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global CAD strategy reputed company with corporate objectives, driving sustained double-digit reputed company growth and market expansion
  • Build, reputed company, and scale a world-class global CAD organization, including regional leaders and specialist teams; recruit, reputed company, and retain top talent
  • Partner closely with field sales, product management, marketing, reputed company, and partner ecosystems to execute integrated go-to-market strategies
  • Drive global reputed company growth, pipeline creation, and bookings performance, owning key KPIs including reputed company, growth by reputed company, retention, and expansion

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in CAD, engineering software, or digital engineering domains, with reputed company leadership responsibility
  • Proven track record of leading global sales organizations and exceeding reputed company targets at scale
  • Demonstrated reputed company in building high-performing teams and developing senior leaders
  • Strong executive reputed company and ability to engage at the C-suite level with customers and partners
  • Willingness to travel globally as required
