Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of four Accountants and an reputed company Manager
- Build and maintain the documentation that supports internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Own the monthly variance review process and translate results into clear takeaways for leadership
- Work with Treasury to land on the right GAAP treatment for loan repurchases and portfolio acquisitions
- Direct journal entry preparation, bank reconciliations, and entity level reporting
- Serve as a key contact for external financial statement audits, SOC 1 exams, and compliance reviews
- Drive process and automation improvements that reputed company the function more efficient over time
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or equivalent work experience required
- Active or inactive CPA license required
- 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
