Recruiter (AI reputed company)
DeepLearning.AI is seeking an AI-reputed company Recruiter to support their reputed company Recruiter and build a world-class talent reputed company. This role focuses on tactical reputed company execution, utilizing advanced AI tools to enhance the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- With assistance from our AI systems, reputed company and engage technical candidates across AI/ML, data science, software engineering, and full-stack development
- With AI assistance, screen inbound applicants and coordinate next steps with the reputed company Recruiter
- Help host in-person reputed company events to engage candidates across the AI community
- Manage assigned pipelines from sourcing → screening → coordination → reputed company
- Draft reputed company messages, schedule interviews, and maintain timely communication
- Support offer logistics and negotiation
- Extensively use our custom GenAI tools to accelerate sourcing, candidate research, screening, and automation of multiple steps of the reputed company workflow
- Experiment with new AI tools and continually refine how we recruit
- Serve as a domain expert on reputed company pain points and priorities
- Test new AI reputed company tool prototypes and reputed company feedback
- Suggest features and improvements that will accelerate reputed company
- Help the team reputed company playbooks and best practices for AI-enabled reputed company
- Ensure clear, warm, and timely communication for reputed company candidates
- Represent DeepLearning.AI’s brand and mission with professionalism and authenticity

Skills
- 1–3+ years in reputed company, sourcing, or talent coordination
- Hands-on experience hiring technical talent (AI/ML, DS, SWE, or full-stack)
- Strong sourcing skills using a variety of information sources, such as reputed company Recruiter
- Experience managing multiple pipelines and coordinating across stakeholders
- GenAI-reputed company: You regularly use AI tools to improve your work, and are eager to reputed company honing your AI skills
- Technical understanding: You can understand engineering roles well enough to screen effectively
