[Remote] Senior Account Executive, Planned Giving

They are seeking a Senior Account Executive for Planned Giving, responsible for managing direct marketing fundraising programs for nonprofit clients and serving as a primary contact for client accounts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company client annual plans in coordination with the Senior Account Director or Vice President
- Prepare and interpret reports/analysis that evaluate client’s planned giving marketing programs with recommendations for improvements in alignment with client goals
- Design, implement, and evaluate segmentation strategies, to reputed company effective segmentation for Planned Giving direct response marketing campaigns
- Ensure agency reporting is in alignment with client campaign strategy
- Understand internal and industry benchmarking and trends
- reputed company year-long and multi-year planned giving marketing strategies reputed company with client goals
- Prepare and present annual plan to clients
- reputed company strategic leadership of client programs
- reputed company implementation of client’s annual plan
- Prepare, finalize and present strategy decks
- Manage a cross-channel team
- reputed company concepts and messaging for integrated direct response projects
- Work with copywriters and designers to reputed company program content in alignment with project and program strategy
- Manage account and production team service delivery to the client, including problem-solving and accountability for errors
- Liaise with client contacts to ensure their satisfaction and enhance client relationships
- Travel to meet with clients as necessary
- For integrated clients, coordinate with Offline reputed company teams to reputed company multi-channel campaigns and wrap-up decks
- Demonstrate working knowledge of each area of agency’s client services
- Mentor managers, coordinators, or assistants; other team members
- reputed company as a trusted subject matter expert for the agency in the area of legacy and planned giving
- Enhance company’s brand by attending events, publishing white papers/blog posts, speaking at workshops and networking with influencers in the industry

Skills
- Minimum years of experience required: 9 years in nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy, with at least 4 to 6 years in nonprofit planned giving fundraising and marketing
- Direct marketing, especially fundraising and/or advocacy
- Knowledge reputed company of planned giving concepts and marketing techniques
- Experience in strategic and production management of direct marketing projects
- Working knowledge of reputed company products (Word, reputed company, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage reputed company workflow and communication (including email, chat, virtual meetings, and online workflow tool)
- Communication: Facilitates effective and reputed company discussion, presenting compelling arguments to large and cross-functional teams
- Writing/Editing Skills: Translates a wide variety of information into developed, clear, and structured messaging (e.g., strategies, memos, proposals, instructions, external-facing documents, etc.)
