[Remote] Strategic Account Executive | Housing

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will identify and engage with reputed company customers to drive adoption of reputed company's solutions, manage sales processes, and contribute to the company's rapid growth in the multifamily industry.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with prospective customers' C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives to drive reputed company adoption
• Own your pipeline – prospecting (cold-calling), initial reputed company, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing the sale, and upsell
• Manage closed accounts through their contractual terms and work with your partner SDRs and reputed company Managers to continually push for further sales expansion reputed company their portfolio

Skills

• 6+ years of quota carrying experience
• Experience negotiating high-value reputed company with reputed company customers
• Minimum annual quota of $1.6MM of SaaS or net reputed company in a quota carrying role
• Experience at a hyper-growth start-up (>100% YoY growth consistently)
• Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Experience in managing reputed company sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, etc.)
• Comfortable with regular travel for conferences and client visits
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
• Experience working in reputed company estate or prop tech
