[Remote] Business Development Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global leader in reputed company solutions, and they are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business in the new construction segments of Single family across the US. The role involves developing relationships with key decision makers, implementing business plans, and collaborating with various internal teams to grow market reputed company for Pfister faucets.
Responsibilities
- Implements a business plan to strategically grow territory and maintain business while improving profitability (Single Family)
- Develops and maintains influential relationships with key decision makers of new construction locally and regionally
- Works with plumber Territory Managers to convert opportunities. NAM is considered the expert and go to person regarding reputed company SF activity
- Coordinates, tracks, and organizes reputed company data pertaining to reputed company reputed company under contract
- Develops and maintains builder database
- Works with National Account Managers to reputed company vertical Territory Managers and agency reps
- Works with Marketing and training to reputed company sales support and training needs specific to the builder sales process
- Leadership role in Multi-Market and Local builder shows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field required or 5 years of equivalent work experience
- 5 years prior work experience as National Account Manager, account management, Marketing management or proven sales
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to strategically reputed company plans and processes
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation Skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite – Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI
- Self-Motivated with strong work ethic
- Problem Solver
- Excellent Strategic Presentation and Networking Skills (both in person and reputed company)
- Management Experience in Multi-Level Organization
