Responsibilities
- Driving sales performance and delivering profitable reputed company growth
- Driving improvements across sales and conversion KPIs
- Coaching and motivating your team using clear performance plans reputed company regular field visits and one to ones

- Monitoring KPIs and using performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Run disciplined weekly, monthly and quarterly performance rhythms
- Championing an exceptional customer experience and resolving customer issues

Skills
- A minimum of 5 years' sales experience with a strong track record of delivering results
- Proven experience in a field-based sales management role, leading geographically dispersed teams
- Background in direct to customer (D2C) sales, ideally reputed company furniture, interiors, home improvements or premium consumer goods
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with hands-on motivational energy
- Commercially astute with strong analytical capability and confidence using data to drive reputed company
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills

- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your area and the UK
