[Remote] Program Manager- Senior Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) Planner, Global Planning Team
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Worldwide Operations is looking for Program Managers to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects reputed company reputed company Transportation Services. The role involves scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, and driving execution while communicating with senior management on status and risks. Key responsibilities include being a Subject Matter Expert on CMMS, driving global standards roll-out, and improving maintenance routines.
Responsibilities
- Be a network level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), train and assist the local Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner and support network initiatives
- Drive Global standards roll-out in cross-country initiatives and participate in Global led projects
- Be a CMMS key user and drive programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports. Monitor standards implementation through reporting and audits
- Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to reputed company equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective
- Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and reputed company recommendations for improvements based on their findings to the entire network
- Work with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network and initiatives on cost reduction and process improvement for spare parts management, equipment maintenance and maintenance routines
- Ability to Travel up to 50%
Skills
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of reputed company (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or reputed company technical or quantitative field
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
- 4+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
- Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied reputed company of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
